Memory Cafés are fun, positive social events that involve warm drinks, snacks, conversation and music in a café setting. Memory Cafes operate world wide & strive to break the stigma around dementia. They create welcoming social spaces in the community for older adults with cognitive challenges and their caregivers. Research increasingly shows that social isolation is a significant risk factor for physical and mental health of caregivers and those with dementia alike. NOTE: Full COVID protocols are in place at CORAH to ensure everyone's safety. Only 8 Family Bubbles per session in the 6 week series. Masks required until people are seated.
