Join NS Health Occupational Therapist, Kaitlyn Finley & Recreation Specialist Brenna MacDonald of Community Links to discover tips & strategies on balance, mobility, injury prevention and building strength. This lively duo will keep you entertained & informed. This session is the 2nd in CORAH's Information series called, "That's Good to Know." NOTE: Public Health COVID protocols are in place to ensure everyone's safety.
All participants must pre-register. Only 12 people per session as per social distancing guidelines.
