We will then discuss the role of an executor, their responsibilities and myths and misconceptions thereof. Then we will dive into the financials of how probate works and what you can expect final taxation of your estate to look like depending on your assets and beneficiary designations. Finally, we will look at some strategies of how to mitigate the risk of your legacy being eroded by fees and tax.
