Find your own groove during this one and a half hour continuous music flow. If you can move your body, you can do this ... every move is a good move when it is your own. Beautiful rhythms, wonderful supportive environment ... come and explore! Wear comfortable clothes, NO Scents please, bring water bottle and your bare feet. Warm up 7:30pm, flow starts at 8pm and doors close at that time since it is important that people are not coming and going during the flow.
