Jon Wayne's Big Red Barn is honoured to have the talented Jon Hemingway (also co-owner of the big red barn) as our first performer for our Friday Night open mic. What a great way to start.
About JON HEMINGWAY
Jon is originally from Seattle, Washington. He immigrated to British Columbia, Canada in 2000 and relocated to Nova Scotia in 2007. Music is Jon’s passion and for 40 years has dedicated himself to perfecting his craft as a songwriter, singer, multi-instrumentalist, and studio & performing musician. He has honed his technical skills as a studio engineer, maintained a close eye on ever changing technology, all the while growing his reputation as an accomplished record producer together with award winning jingles & commercials for radio & television. Whether a 30 second jingle or complete album including full graphic design, the resulting product is more often than not beyond everyone's expectations and independent artists realize their full potential in Jon's capable hands....
We are so very fortunate to have this talented performer right here in the valley. Come in, chase some Covid blues away and listen to some great music. No admission charge, just bring a chair so you can stay awhile. Open mic usually starts around 6. We are casual so it may be a little before or a little after.

between Berwick & Harbourville, just north of Hwy 221.
