Moving Through: A Gathering
Saturday September 4, 2021  11am - 3pm (4 Hours)
Workshop / Class Outdoor

We will host a Gathering in the field behind the library, with workshops, author readings, crafts, dancing, and more. Explore our Three Sisters and Medicine Gardens, taste Three Sisters soup, and celebrate Mi'kmaq culture. Our Moving Through book Display will be on site; and you will have the chance to buy Mi'kmaq Crafts as well.

There will be a gathering limit of 50 people. Workshops may require registration.

Here are the workshops we are offering:
Alan Syliboy, The Daily Drum: Choose a time to register 11:15, 12:30, or 1:45

Theresa Meuse, L'Nuk:The People Book event at 12 Noon (registration)

Crafts - Make your own miniature Wigwam (offered throughout the day, drop-in ok)

Dancing and Regalia with Jenna 11:30 AM

Understanding a Wholistic Approach to Life with Theresa Meuse - 2 PM (registration)
