Part I - Presentation
This presentation, led by Chris Nielsen, will give you an introduction to "Zero Waste Sewing", one of the hottest trends in both industrial and home sewing. She will present a historical overview of how fabric has been shaped to make clothing. She will supplement her talk with garments she has made to illustrate various design and construction techniques.
Ages 18+. Registration is required.
Follow up attendance at Part II - Workshop (November 4) is recommended.
