The book is a whimsical mystery set in a sleepy village on the banks of a tidal river in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley. The characters are flawed, but loveable.
This is Mr. Rapsey's debut novel, although he is well-know as a playwright and actor.
Paul will do a reading from the book at 3pm.
