POP UP Spinning Workshop

A FREE pre-opening impromptu Spinning Workshop in our new Community Room with spinners Donna Vernest and Jane Mangle.

Limited to 6 people

Lunch Break 12-12:30

Please bring a brown bag lunch. 
Coffee and tea provided.

Our day long workshop will include:
*prepping wool fibre with hand carders and a drum carder
*drop spindle instruction 
*an intro to the wheel. Beginners will start with plying already spun fibre and may move to spinning from fibre depending on how each participant manages the wheel
*if you have your own wheel  bring it along and the facilitators  will help you get going on it
*we will  also have  2 wheels to introduce participants to the wheel
