Chad Norman lives and writes in Truro, Nova Scotia. In 1992 he was awarded the Gwendolyn MacEwen Memorial Award For Poetry. The judges were Margaret Atwood, Barry Callaghan, and Al Purdy. His poems appear in journals, magazines, and anthologies around the world.
Protecting endangered species and celebrating the unique ecosystem of the Avon River area has become a constant theme in the work of Tacha Reed since relocating to the Avon River area in 2009. A graduate of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, Tacha is a multidisciplinary artist and designer who specializes in fibre art.
