June 10 is World Wide Knit in Public Day.
We are hosting a Knit in Public day at TapRoot Fibre which is at 10009 Hwy 1 Greenwich - Noggins Farm Market.
We are so excited to have live music too. From 4 PM - 6 PM The Local Flowers Band will play! The Local Flowers Band features musicians: Kim Barlow, Heather Kelday, Meagan Osburn & Peter Williams
AND look at the rest of the line-up for the day!
Caribbean Pot Food Truck will be onsite from 2-6
Noggins Hard and Sweet Cider Tasting
Live Music (4 - 6 PM) The Local Flowers Band (free, but if you can, please get a ticket)
Yarn draws every hour and a special Linen Dish Cloth knit along for the day.
Emma from Botanical Fibres Display and Q&A
Meg from Customfitknits to support anyone is getting a perfect pattern for unique yarn one of a kind yarns and your exact size.
Jennifer from The Flax Mobile to demonstrate flax fibre processing from retted straw to a knit linen washcloth.
Come Knit, Crochet, Hook, Spin, Weave, all are welcome to enjoy the day.
If you have one please bring along a chair and a hat if we have a sunny day.
