Join us at TapRoot Farms as Farmer Patricia and Chef Sean explore the Port Williams farm property and teach us about foraging (and eating!) nettles. Stinging nettles are abundant in Nova Scotia – and also delicious (high in protein, calcium and fibre). Learn how to identify and harvest this wild edible, then sample 3 different recipes prepared by Gourmet By Nature. Tickets are $30 per person ($10 for children) and are limited.
