Enjoy a tantalizing and delectable 6 Course Dinner inspired by the Springs Blooming Abundance. Chef Fiona Genevieve carefully curates the menu to showcase Nova Scotian bounty and incorparates fermentation in many of her dishes. Inspired by the seasonal rhythms of the land, Molotov Cuisine is dedicated to using local & foraged ingredients, with an explosive taste.
Paired perfectly with the food will be the amazing Andrean music by Cristian Quirivan, a true talent.
Taking place in Aylesford, NS this fabulous dinner event will take place between two blooming apple orchards in the heart of the gorgeous Annapolis Valley.
