Since the disappearance of her older brother, Toronto police detective Raelyn Tartal has always wanted to work in homicide. Emily Covert is a Canadian author who primarily writes crime fiction. She works in several branches of the Annapolis Valley Regional Library. Writing has been her passion since she was young. "Vanish" is her debut novel and the first book in a series.
