New Members welcome.
CFUW is a non-profit, non-partisan, self-funded organization working toward the promotion of quality public education, the improvement of the status of women and girls, and advancement of human rights justice and peace.
We meet every 4th Wednesday at the Wu Welcome Centre. We start with a short business meeting followed by a guest speaker and end with a Social.
Club members enjoy several interest groups through out the year and we hold a spring luncheon for members and their guests.
Dues are $100 for the year. These dues help pay for the running of the local club, a part is sent to National and a portion goes to GWI ( Gaduate Women International), All women are welcome.
Money that is raised at our Book Sale in March is given to various charities and groups to help support the work they are doing.
