The wood-fired community sauna is infused with forest gems for an embodied connection with plants and trees. Immerse in an array of thermal delights-- combining hydrotherapy, aromatherapy and more for a rejuvenating and grounding experience. The sauna is spacious accommodating various heat preferences from gentle to intense. The land and setting is in a welcoming, inclusive body positive atmosphere. The thermal bathing cycle offers relaxation as you alternate between warming up, cooling down, and resting. Community sessions are lightly facilitated with a host guiding an opening to settle in comfortably together. Sessions are for 2 hours. Holding up to 10 adults. The heat ranges between 75-90C on the high bench and 60-75C on the lower. There are 4 cool dipping options outside of the sauna and rest areas.

Option 1: Standard Rate - $30 per session or more Support the accessibility and affordability of our services, enabling us to continue offering sliding scale pricing to those who need it. The standard rate is for more stable incomes. You might own your home and vehicle, with access to health insurance. You can take vacations and afford entertainment, leisure, complementary health regularly. Option 2: Sustaining Rate - $25 per session A slightly reduced rate of $25 per session provides support for our community initiatives. Choose this option if you can comfortably pay a bit less while still contributing to the sustainability of our offerings. Option 3: Community Rate - $20 per session The community rate is designed to ensure that thermal bathing remains accessible, regardless of financial limitations. If you're experiencing financial constraints this rate allows you to participate in our sessions with ease. The community rate is for people experiencing financial instability. If you're from a marginalized community, are a student, low income, don’t own a car, don't have health insurance, this option is for you.
