The wood-fired community sauna is infused with forest gems for an embodied connection with the elements in nature. Immerse in an array of thermal delights-- combining hydrotherapy, aromatherapy and more for a rejuvenating and grounding experience. The sauna is spacious and the heat can be gentle or intense to accommodate different preferences. The heat ranges between 75-90C on the high bench and 60-75C on the lower. There are cooling options outside of the sauna. The thermal bathing cycle promotes deep relaxation as you alternate between warming up, cooling down, and resting. Community sessions are lightly facilitated with a host guiding an opening to help you settle in comfortably and to answer questions. The sauna holds up to 10 adults comfortably.
