Cambridge Woman's Institute Invites you to our Dessert Contest And Tea
You do not need to enter a dessert to attend the Tea
Contest Day:
Drop-off is from 5:30-6:30 PM in the hall (other arrangements can be made in advance of the event).
Please label any dish that needs to be returned to you.
Judging will take place from 6:30PM - 7:00PM.
Once dessert samplings have been provided to Judges, items will be shared with tea attendees.
Tea Begins at 7:00pm (Everyone Welcome)
Winners in each category will be announced at 8:15 PM.
Dishes may be picked up at the after event, if you can not pick up your dishes after the event you must make arrangements before the event.

Children Entry (10 and under)
Adolescent Entry (11 to 18)
Young Adult Entry (19 and 23)

Contest Rules:
Contestants may have more than one entry but no more than 3 entries.
Submissions must be homemade.
Please do not submit anything that requires a freezer.
Contestants may work individually or with a team. (Certificates will be awarded to 1 member/team only, NOT each individual.)
Each entry will be eligible to win in one category, with the exception of Judges Choice and Public’s Choice
The Scoring System:
Each entry will be assigned a number for judging.
Submissions will be judged on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest, with a total of 15 points available.
Entries will be judged on taste, appearance and creativity/originality.
The appointed Contest Representative will tally all of the ballots.
The entry with the highest score will be the winner of each category. Each entry may only win one category, with the exception of judges choice and public's choice.
