Irish “set” dancing (not to be confused with Irish “step” dancing) is similar to country square dancing and is usually done in groups of 8 (full set) or 4 (half set). No partner is required. Our main focus is to simply enjoy the music, dance and have fun while doing so! It is somewhat fast paced at times and involves swinging but, the footwork is fairly basic and easy to pick up.
