Reset and restore your nervous system in a community wood-fired sauna. Sessions are for all including beginners and experienced. Move through the thermal cycle-- heat up the body and cool down in your own time and pace. Various cooling options available.
Host onsite.
Choose between 3 types of sessions: mingle, mix and quiet.
Thursdays
330-5pm- Mingle in light conversation.
530-7pm - Mixed. The first half is quiet and second half is open to conversation.
7:30-pm - Quiet session.
