We are happy to announce that our next pop up chef will be Ian Thompson (Herb & Feather) who is bringing back an old fan favorite "Missing the South Jerk Chicken Supper".
On the menu will be mild jerk rubbed chicken drumstick lollipops garnished with a Jamaican cucumber salad, coconut rice and peas, flame kissed citrus slaw and pineapple jalapeno cornbread. Served with a jerked up gravy and chef Thompson's special spicy jerk (on the side for those who are looking to spice up their lives).
