Join YogaLife instructor Karissa Fraser for Try It in Wolfville: Yoga at the Acadia Community Farm.
The Acadia Farm is located behind the Acadia Athletics Complex at 550 Main Street Street. The farm is adjacent to the far soccer field on the right.
Since this activity is taking place outdoors applying sunscreen and bug spray ahead of time is suggested, there will also be some available on hand.
Mats will be placed on the grass so there may be uneven ground.
Please bring your own mat. Extras will be available if you do not own one or forget.
Please note there is no potable water at the farm. Please bring a water bottle or visit the Acadia Athletics complex for water.
