A bioblitz is an event where community members gather and try to identify as many species as possible in a given area. With the help of the iNaturalist app you don't have to be an expert to do it! With a simple click of your camera you can learn what plant or animal you have discovered. Join the Jijuktu'kwejk Watershed Alliance for a beginner friendly bioblitz to get to know the species that occupy the Jijuktu'kwejk River and help us raise money to help restore your local watershed. Over $400 in prizes to be won!
