We are excited to bring our immigration theme to life with our street food celebration. Eight talented new Canadian female chefs will showcase their delicious creations, including savoury Guatemalan enchiladas, flavorful Filipino BBQ pork skewers, crispy vegetable pakora, and delightful vanilla choux desserts from Ukraine.
There will be live music by Daniel James McFadyen and Linda McLean & The Awakening curated by the Deep Roots Music Cooperative.

Café Aroma Latino, Guatemala- Guatemalan Enchiladas- toasted tortilla, ground beef, pickled vegetables, egg, lettuce, parsley, queso fresco
Field and Fare, UK- Sausage Rolls with herbed mustard dip
Fil-Can Kitchen, Philippines- Barbequed Pork Skewers
Ken Mae Cooking, Philippines- Empanada- chicken, ham, bell pepper, mayonnaise, seasoning, and cheese
Soulbakery, Ukraine- Vanilla Choux
MomoNepal, Laos- Momo Nepali- a savoury pocket of vegetables served with Jhol Momo (gravy)
Taj Mahal Catering, India- Vegetable Pakora- deep fried vegetable patty with mild or spicy chutney
