Soma Sessions offers an opportunity to let the wisdom of your body guide and surprise you. Our play-based dance class invites your curiosity and spontaneity. Whether you are a seasoned mover or new to improvisation, these sessions are open to everybody.
We will draw from various movement practices including InterPlay which plays with word, sound, movement, dance and storytelling. Through guided prompts and free-form play we will tap into the connection between our minds and bodies allowing our intuition and creativity to lead.
