Zakary Miller has collected and played music from across the spectrum of genres but has settled into a sound and instrumentation that echoes of the 1800s and early 1900s. Celebrating a century of serious artists who didn't take themselves too seriously, Zakary Miller digs through our musical history to find the funny and forgotten songs, giving them new life. His own material does the same for own time, capturing the humour that is life on earth in a timeless, parading, yodeling fashion. www.zakarymiller.com, @zakarymiller
Steam Mill Band are an old time duo living in the Annapolis valley. While Alex grew up in Nova Scotia, Anna is from across the pond. As a nod to their transatlantic origins, their music draws on Appalachian as well as English, Irish, and Scottish folk traditions. When Alex isn't picking the old banjo, he's busy in his workshop making them as Fundy Banjos. @thesteammillband @fundybanjos
