With Spring Equinox energies still in the air, and moving into the month of Aries, under the New Pink Moon, this is the ideal time to clear out some old dark corners and plant seeds of intention for the future.
Aries, ruled by Mars, is about action, boldness, new challenges and new beginnings. The New Moon, especially the Pink Moon, is about delving into the darkness, confronting what's there and seeing it for what it truly is, releasing what no longer serves and opening space for what the Universe has in store for you.
In this session, you are safe to heal and release. I will guide you through a meditation of discovery and renewal, setting intentions for the future you hold in your heart. And then, with those intentions in place, I will provide the music and sound to accompany your healing journey.
Please bring a mat to lie on, as well as pillows or bolsters, so you're as comfortable as possible. A blanket is advised as the hall might be chilly. It's also a good idea to bring something to drink, to stay hydrated.
Lots of time afterward for people to relax and continue to integrate as needed.
