This year’s Artists@Acadia, presented as part of the Acadia School of Music’s Concert & Lecture Series, features Champagne Weather. Join them for a fascinating deep dive into the inner workings of their unique creative process. Drawing on elements of improvisation, chance, and serendipity – blended with influences from classical minimalism, maritime-inspired folk, and contemporary songwriting – they will explore how these components shape the immersive quality of their music.

The session will feature discussions of their compositional approach, illustrated with live musical examples, and will welcome audience questions and comments. This is an educational and interactive presentation, offering insight into their artistry beyond the typical concert experience.

Concert & Lecture Series events are free and all are welcome to attend – please join us!
