You are invited to join the Acadia University Wind Ensemble for their first concert of the 2025-2026 season. This concert will feature works by Peter Meechan, Charles Gounod, and Sophie Dupuis. Members of the wind ensemble have created a new work reflecting the character of Wolfville, NS. This work is paired with the world premiere of a new, four-movement symphony for wind band by Toronto composer and conductor Isaac Page. Titled Structures, this epic, programmatic work explores the local buildings and spaces the composer found meaningful while living in Toronto.
Admission by freewill donation.
