Every year it seems harder to find volunteers. Even when you have a great person step forward sometimes it seems like they make the work harder, not easier. Let's take another look at volunteerism in our organizations, how we structure opportunities for people to step into, and how we successfully keep our work going. During this workshop we will turn around and look at volunteerism from a new perspective and explore what lessons we can learn from reconsidering the volunteer experience.
