The Red Spruce Mental Health Centre is offering nature-based workshops in support of wellness and connection with nature and others weekly at the Harriet Irving Botanical Gardens this fall. Sessions facilitated by Acadia University Masters of Education Counselling Students Allie and Stephanie. All are welcome. Drop-in sessions Fridays from Oct 17 - Dec 12.

Optional Coffee & Tea 10:30am. Check in at 11am.
