Our teen workshop is for ages 13 to 16 and takes place in a peer group where everyone participating has had a death loss.
Our workshops feature a therapy dog visit, yoga movement and meditation, and a creative project to encourage sharing of grief experiences. Through these activities, we learn to help ourselves and each other navigate big grief feelings so that everyone belongs and no one feels alone.
