This is a walking series for women and girls+ 14 years and older to discover the wonder, joy, and connection of the outdoors.
The hikes are geared to beginners; however, a base level of fitness is required. Participants should be able to walk consistently for 1 hour at a comfortable pace on uneven ground. Please wear appropriate footwear (no sandals). Dogs are not allowed on these hikes (with the exception of certified service dogs).
For our final Trail Magic walk for the year, we will explore the beautiful forest behind the Hobby Horse Farm in Coldbrook. The trails are fairly easy to navigate with some elevation. This walk lead us along several creeks and moss-covered forest floors, culminating into a gorgeous waterfall. With the Solstice only a few weeks away, will start the walk at 1:30 pm this week.
