The Acadia School of Music Concert & Lecture Series presents a recital recognizing women’s creativity and music-making throughout the centuries.
This recital, which will feature both faculty and student performers, is the first of two events that will continue the themes of reflection, advocacy, and celebrating women’s achievement that were ignited earlier in the month on International Women’s Day.
We invite you to join us to listen, learn, and be inspired by stories, texts, and the music of Clara Schumann, Joni Mitchell, Rita MacNeil, Maya Angelou, some of our very own student composers, and more!
Concert & Lecture Series events are free and all are welcome to attend – please join us![
