Monthly, we gather at Saltair Nordic Spa & Wellness for a themed Evening of Self-Care — a chance to slow down, reconnect, and renew. Guided by Jodi Bremner, Pelvic Health therapist and Founder of Hervana Women’s Wellness, these restorative events weave together education, mindfulness, reflection, and the healing elements of the Nordic cycle: heat, cold, rest.
THE WARMTH WITHIN-- This candlelit evening ritual is the heart of the January series - a midwinter pause for deeper self-care, reflection, and intentional presence. Guided through the Nordic cycle of heat, cold, and rest, guests are invited to slow down and reconnect with inner warmth, steadiness and self-care - both physical and emotional - through ritual, breath, movement, and rest. The evening begins in the softly lit Gathering Dome, with a grounding meditation and a moment of quiet reflection and intention setting, inviting guests to consider what this winter season and new year may be asking of them. From there, guests move into a layered sauna ritual that gradually builds and then softens.
