Colrain played an awesome set last summer in the Canning gazebo and we are excited to hear them again at the Annex. Get ready to make that sprung dance floor bounce!

Hailing from Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Colrain is an indie-folk-rock ensemble known for their rich lyrical content, polished instrumentals and strong ties to their local community. Drawing from diverse musical backgrounds, Colrain’s sound transcends conventional genres, making it uniquely their own. Their dynamic set ranges from melancholic ballads, to uplifting rock, reflecting the vulnerability of love and loss, creating a unique atmosphere of energy and connection with the audience.

Their debut EP, “Here We Are”, epitomizes their authentic approach, embracing their identity without pretense.

“Jackie”, single released in October 2025 is reflective of a new era of Colrain, exploring new textures and tones, while offering a fresh perspective on familiar themes explored in debut EP “Here We Are”.

Shadow of a Doubt are a band of Acadia School of Music rockers, a "garage band without the garage". We're excited to hear them at the Annex!
