Group Singing for Breath, Confidence & Well-Being
Have you ever wanted to sing but felt unsure, tense, or “not good enough”?
This 4-week small-group course offers a gentle, supportive introduction to healthy singing, with an emphasis on breath, ease, and self-expression rather than performance.
Each 1.5-hour session includes guided breathing, vocal warm-ups, simple explanations of healthy vocal use, and group singing in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment.
No previous singing experience required.
You do not need to read music.
