Every spring, somewhere around Earth Day, we tidy up the yard at the community hall and prepare the gardens for summer, followed by BBQ hotdogs. It's a great day of being outdoors and enjoying the camaraderie of folks who also enjoy being outdoors. The work isn't hard. Bring a rake or a hoe if you have them. Wear gloves. Maybe a hat & sunscreen. Stay for as long or as short a time as it suits you. All hands are appreciated.
