Neurographic art combines mindfulness, creativity and neuroscience. Facilitated by Chloe, this class will focus on basic principles of neurography.
There are a number of ways neurographic art can be used to engage with your subconscious mind for personal growth and manifestation. This session will remind you to let go of the idea of the "perfect outcome", instead focusing on the intuitive and meditative process that can ease stress, create new neural pathways, promote mindfulness in a "flow state", and allow for self-discovery through line and colour.
Let go of the stress of the week and gently ease into the weekend with mindful lines.
All supplies are provided, and NO Art Experience required, just bring your curiosity to explore. For ages 15+. Seats are limited, please register by email.
