Personality Dimensions® is about understanding yourself and others so you can be more effective in your relationships, your work, and your life. This interactive workshop helps participants recognize their own strengths while learning to appreciate the differences in others.
Everyone is different—we all have unique values, strengths, joys, and stressors. Understanding these differences provides a strong foundation for communication, teamwork, and workplace success. Participants will gain insight into their own personality preferences and learn how to better work with others by recognizing and valuing diverse styles.
This is a full-day workshop with breaks throughout the day and a break for lunch. Please note that lunch is not provided.
