The Sweets Corner Community Hall Committee is excited to present the 3rd Supper and Show Fundraiser. We have an amazingly delicious 3 course meal for you prepared by Chef Justin. You will start off with Panzanella Salad (toasted bread, ripe tomatoes, tossed with cucumbers, red onion and basil, finished with red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil). The main course will be Course Peposo : Florentine Black Pepper Beef Stew (slow - braised beef and vegetable in red wine with cracked black pepper. Served with fresh baked focaccia bread). You will top your meal off with a delicious Tuscan Apple Cake (made with local Gala apples, and warmly spiced. Topped with a swirl of dessert cream.
While you are enjoying the food you will also be entertained.
Tyra Lyon is going to welcome you with her music as you get yourselves settled in for a relaxing evening.
Ruth Manning will amaze you with her beautiful voice when she steps up to the mike.
The hilarious gang from CentreStage Theatre is back for more laughs and fun improv games.
The evening will end with a live auction of various items that have been generously donated. 50/50 tickets will be available and you might be lucky enough to win the door prize.
