A free two hour therapy group located on Acadia Campus in the Red Spruce Mental Health Clinic. Focused on grief that you may have been told you should be "over" by now.
Come share your favorite story about something your grieving, follow some prompts to write about it and participate in the optional read back. We'll end with a grounding exercise before heading back out into the world.
This therapy group is run by two counselling interns and goes for 6 weeks. Drop ins are welcome! Register at [email protected].
