Salad: Summer Greens with Peaches, Almonds, with Citrus-Star Anise Vinaigrette
Main: Tender Beef Curry with Cauliflower and Potatoes served on long grain brown rice.
Vegetarian option: Monk's Curry with Eggplant, Mushrooms, and Tofu served on jasmine rice.
Dessert: Something delicious!
