As a survivor of both a heart attack and stroke, I am fundraising for the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada for the second consecutive year. I have been playing guitar and singing since 1967 but a stroke in 2012 meant learning how to play guitar all over again. Since then, I have hand-written over 200 songs with special symbols to help me read. Many genres are covered including 60s-70s rock, folk, country, jazz, novelty and original pieces, and even a few children's songs. I will have QRcodes on hand for donations directly to my official Heart & Stroke Foundation project page and you will immediately receive a tax-deductable receipt from this registered charity.
