The evening begins with a relaxed outdoor hangout featuring a welcome beverage, specialty tropical cocktails available for purchase, Caribbean-inspired bites, lawn games, and vibrant music. As the sun begins to set over the vineyard, guests will enjoy a seated four-course dinner in the Marquee Tent, featuring classic Caribbean flavours utilizing Nova Scotian ingredients, thoughtfully prepared by Chef Dwight Smith and Chef Chris Pyne.
