Throughout the height of Nova Scotia summer, we invite you to join us for Chef Chris Pyne's Tidal Bay Lobster Dinner.

This special dining series celebrates one of Nova Scotia's most beloved culinary traditions. Crafted by Executive Chef Chris Pyne, each five-course dinner showcases locally sourced lobster alongside the seasonal ingredients and coastal flavours that define our region.

Each evening is thoughtfully paired with our 2025 Tidal Bay, Nova Scotia's appellation wine. With its bright acidity and freshness, Tidal Bay is a natural complement to the richness and sweetness of Atlantic lobster. Rooted in seasonality and inspired by our coastal surroundings, each dinner offers a memorable taste of summer in Nova Scotia—bringing together exceptional food, fine wine, and the simple pleasure of gathering around the table.
