Isabel Morton, and her extended family live in Upper Dyke Village. Her father is the Honorable John Elkanah Morton is the MLA, and later the MLC, for Cornwallis Township. Isabel wants to follow her own stars. Is that even possible? Is she able to succeed?
This is Carolyn Nicholson's fourth novel. Carolyn lives in Halifax and continues to research her Nova Scotia roots, in the company of her three sisters, who are always happy to go with her on her research adventures.
