Do you frequently feel a bit too much stress and anxiety?
Wish you could find a beneficial exercise routine to do at home?
Do you want to improve your posture, balance, general health?
Wish you were calmer, clearer thinking, have improved sleep?
Shibashi Tai Chi Qi Gong (ki or chi kung) combined with relaxation meditation is a light aerobic standing and sitting based exercise to help with the above. This is an introductory workshop and is available for mixed physical ability. We will mostly be standing but the w/s can be done in a sitting position too.
Please let me know in advance if you would prefer this.
I've been teaching within adult community/continuing education for some years and enjoy helping others to enable them to feel better in themselves mind and body.
