F2F Studio offers Zumba classes & Karate classes every Thursday evening!
-ZUMBA 6:30pm: Zumba is an amazing way to break a sweat, get your body moving, and to have a super fun time while "working out"!
No experience needed and everyone is welcome. The class is easy to modify, so you can move at your own pace and enjoy every minute.
-KIDS KARATE 6:30pm (ages 6+)
-TEEN/ADULT KARATE 7:15pm (ages 12+)
Karate is a fantastic way to work on focus, coordination, strength, flexibility and overall fitness.- all while having fun!
No experience needed and everyone is welcome. The class is easy to modify, so you can move at your own pace.
Karate is offered in a session format. The Fall Session runs from September to December.
