Join artists Robert Plante and Titia Jetten for an afternoon of colour, collage, drawing and creative play!
Working with a lively mix of materials and techniques, Robert and Titia will guide participants through the process of creating a collection of small, original works of art in the form of greeting cards. Experiment with collage, colour, drawing and sketching, combining techniques and materials in unexpected ways to create cards that are expressive, playful and entirely your own.
The emphasis will be on experimentation rather than perfection. Robert and Titia will share ideas and techniques from their own practices while encouraging participants to layer, draw, cut, arrange and explore.
As the days grow shorter, this active and inspiring afternoon is a chance to gather together, try something new and bring a little more colour into the season. Everyone will leave with their own mini collection of happy, handmade cards - ready to send, share, frame or keep.
